Quality means fit for use or purpose as defined by Juran, a famous quality guru who went to Japan to teach them how to build quality products. Quality can also be seen as conforming to specifications or requirements. Many others have given their own meanings of quality. To me quality is to meet and exceed customers request and demands. The next word to know is quality management. Quality management is a process and a philosophy for any organization to embrace in striving for organizational excellence. Excellence in their products as well as their provided services. But to achieve this is no easy task, and it demands total commitment and total understanding by all stakeholders to the organization. Believe me, it requires a total belief for it to work.

"Excellence in their products as well as their provided services". At the same time , the worker should be managed by a qualified manager . For muslim , a qualified manager is a person who can also remind them about the life after death (avoid doing the wrong thing)
"Excellence in their products as well as their provided services".
Do you dare to say that a fried chicken in KFC is an excellence product with a good services ? (This is just an example)The dietary expert advised us not to eat an instant food like that . Sometimes the society confused about this . An expert in this field should educate the society in a correct way on "Quality for Life".
Yes, excellence in our 'amal will ensure that we provide the best work to other people we serve. Coming back to KFC, it is a quality product when compared to other 'unhygenic' fried chicken produced and sold in 'warongs' or 'pasar malam', but as for us muslims we stand by two concepts of 'halalan' and 'toyaibah'. Lets discuss separately the 'food ' products and' physical; products' such as cars, bikes, tvs, etc. we dont have quality products when compared to other countries such as Japan' > What about our so called 'excellent' roads, and 'government buildings'. very poor quality workmanship etc.
